"I have played on and off for years but could never put together an entire round without my back tightening up. I knew my yardages, but they were trending down and I dreaded the back nine. Since training with Spitz I am playing pain free and the ball is jumping off the face again. My driver went from 235 to 285. My 7 iron moved from 150 to 170. Club speed went from 95 mph to 106 mph. I also dropped 18 lbs while keeping my strength. The biggest change was mobility and control work that actually stuck. Hips and T spine feel unlocked and I can rotate without cheating. My driver speed had dropped and I had no confidence with long irons. Working with Spitz I dropped 27 lbs and added speed the right way in just 12 weeks. Driver speed went from 98 mph to 110 mph. "I started because my hips were tight, my lower back ached after every round, and my yardages were stuck. I was also trying to dial in nutrition while training for a couple of member guest events. After 10 weeks I am playing without back pain and I am longer across the bag. Driver went from 210 to 250. David really knows his stuff when it comes to core work and biometrics to strengthen weak areas. He assessed where I was at with mobility, strength, and then pinpointed the weaknesses. The plan he wrote was specific to me and my game. My strength improved a lot which shows up in balance and strike. I can practice twice a week and play 2 rounds most weeks without feeling beat up.
